In Skyline, Sky Park, Park Residences I–III, Park Lane, Palazzo del Mare, Palm Beach, Harbour Residence, Lighthouse I–II, White Residences, The Grand, Prime Residence, Gardens Residences and the private villas we installed every subsystem, from cable infrastructure and fire alarm to ticketless parking and hotel locks.

About the work
What we did and what we do today
We started with cable trays and structured cabling for all subsystems. Then we designed and deployed the fire alarm, indoor and outdoor CCTV, security alarm, ticketless parking across the territory with ultrasonic guidance in the parking zones, voice evacuation and public address, smoke extraction and smoke protection, data, TV and internet infrastructure, addressable carbon monoxide detection, Locstar hotel door locks and BMS rack cabinets.
Today every installed system across the whole portfolio is under our maintenance: periodic checks, fault call-outs and equipment replacement.
